During the August 21 Regular City Council Meeting, the Council discussed items related to residential densities in McKinney, specifically multi-family developments.

As part of this discussion, the Council requested that Staff research different residential housing types and present a general summary of these different housing types on things such as demographics, property values, schools, and crime.

Staff has completed this research and is now presenting the findings for Council discussion.
