RECOMMENDED CITY COUNCIL ACTION:
• This item is to present and discuss information related to general characteristics of multi-family developments.
• During the August 21 Regular City Council Meeting, the Council discussed items related to residential densities in McKinney, specifically multi-family developments.
• As part of this discussion, the Council requested that Staff research different residential housing types and present a general summary of these different housing types on things such as demographics, property values, schools, and crime.
• Staff has completed this research and is now presenting the findings for Council discussion.
