ITEM SUMMARY:
• The applicant is proposing to vacate a variable width right-of-way located between Virginia Street and Ridge Road. BOARD OR COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION:
• On May 25, 2010, the Planning and Zoning Commission voted unanimously to recommend approval of the proposed right-of-way vacation.
