ITEM SUMMARY:
* This Resolution authorizes the award of a fixed priced contract with Coyote Motorsports-Allen, LTD. dba Black Gold Harley-Davidson of Allen, Texas for Harley-Davidson Parts and Service.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
* The purpose of this contract is to provide Fleet Maintenance with the ability to utilize contractual services to obtain Harley-Davidson Parts and Service under a fixed price contract on an as needed basis.
* The City issued Invitation to Bid 24-54FP, Harley-Davidson Parts and Service on June 9, 2024.
o Advertised in the McKinney Courier Gazette and Celina Record
o Posted on McKinney TV
o 111 matching eBid supplier notifications which included one (1) Historically Underutilized Business (HUB) suppliers
* In response to all notices published, three (3) bids were received on June 27, 2024:
o Coyote Motorsports-Allen, LTD. dba Black Gold Harley-Davidson of Allen, Texas
o Maverick Harley-Davidson of Grand Prairie, Texas
o Texoma Harley-Davison of Sherman, Texas
* Procurement Services reviewed and ranked the bids based on the following criteria:
