* McKinney Community Development Corporation will conduct a public hearing on a retail development infrastructure grant application submitted by Shorty's McKinney LLC, up to $29,644 for exterior infrastructure including electrical, plumbing and site improvements necessary to open a restaurant in Downtown McKinney.
* Elements of the project include exterior electrical and lighting; plumbing materials, demolition and installation; exterior access to grease trap; and site improvements.
