ITEM SUMMARY:
* This resolution authorizes a supplemental agreement with LJA Engineering, of McKinney, Texas, for Professional Planning and Engineering Services for the Wilson Creek Greens Trail Phase 2 (PK1827), for an increase in the not to exceed from $237,000 to a total aggregate contract amount, inclusive of any supplemental agreements, not to exceed $378,650.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
* LJA Engineering is currently under contract with the City for design and construction administration services related to the Wilson Creek Greens Trail Phase 2 Project.
* As the design on the project has progressed, additional construction administration services are needed to expand the design scope to include replacing or removing all the old cart paths on site, which were not part of LJA's original contract.
* LJA Engineering submitted a proposal for $141,650 for these additional services ($378,650 aggregate contract total), which has been reviewed by staff and exceeds the previously authorized not to exceed amount of $237,000.
