* This Resolution authorizes an award of a fixed price contract with Jim Bowman Construction Company, L.P. of Plano, Texas and Alderink Enterprises, Inc. dba CI Pavement of Grand Prairie, Texas for Concrete Street and Concrete Sidewalk Repairs.

* The City issued Invitation to Bid 24-03FP Concrete Street and Concrete Sidewalk Repairs on May 12, 2024.
o Advertised in the McKinney Courier Gazette and Celina Record
o Posted on McKinney TV
o 617 matching eBid supplier notifications which included twenty-nine (29) Historically Underutilized Business (HUB) suppliers
* In response to all notices published, six (6) bids were received on May 30, 2024.
* An evaluation team comprised of staff from Procurement Services and Public Works reviewed and ranked the bids based on the following criteria:
o 50 Points: Purchase Price
o 20 Points: Reputation of the Bidder and of the Bidder's Goods and Services through verified reference checks
o 20 Points: Bidder's Capacity to Perform the Work - Review of Equipment and Personnel Lists
