ITEM SUMMARY:

•                     This item is a corrective ordinance to insert the sales tax increment into the TIRZ ordinances which was inadvertently omitted in the September 20, 2010 ordinances adopting the TIRZs

•                     The ordinance provision tracks the funding components of the Finance Plan which the Council has considered and approved in the September 20, 2010 ordinance
