• This resolution will allow the MEDC President & CEO to authorize, without Board action, extensions to agreements, provided the extension is not more than 90 days, and the total agreement value does not exceed $500,000.00.

• The current policy requires extension requests of any value be placed on an MEDC agenda for Board approval.
