ITEM SUMMARY:
* This Resolution authorizes the City Manager to execute a contract and all necessary change orders with Color-Ad Inc. for the fabrication and construction of wayfinding signage citywide for a total contract amount not-to-exceed $2,347,000.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
* After the adoption of the Wayfinding Master Plan on December 6, 2022, the team began to work on the implementation. The first phase will be to fabricate and install 173 vehicular wayfinding signs.
* The City issued Request for Proposal 24-02RFP for 2024 Citywide Wayfinding Signage on October 15, 2023

o Posted on McKinney TV
o 361 matching eBid supplier notifications which included sixteen (16) Historically Underutilized Business (HUB) suppliers.
* Out of the 361 matching supplier notifications, eight (8) proposals were received and opened by Procurement Services on November 30, 2023.
