Title
Conduct a Public hearing to Consider/Discuss/Act on the request by Applicant Derrick Robinson, to Consider/Discuss/Act on the Appeal of the Building Official's decision regarding a violation of UDC Article 2 Section 204 K (2), requiring minimum setbacks in the RG-18/MR zoning district to be 25 feet front and rear, and 7 feet on the sides. The applicant is requesting to construct a duplex on the lot with the front and rear setbacks reduced to 10 feet and the side setbacks reduced to 5 feet. This request is on the property located at 503 Seneca Blvd., Lot 831-6 of the McKinney Outlots Addition to the City of McKinney, Texas.
