Project 4B23-15 was originally approved on August 24, 2023 in an amount of $400,000, with a term ending September 30, 2024.

An extension to March 31, 2025, was granted on September 26, 2024.

A second extension to March 31, 2026, was granted on March 27, 2025.

Remaining balance on the grant is $38,965.30.
