RECOMMENDED CITY COUNCIL ACTION:
* Approval of the attached Ordinance.
ITEM SUMMARY:
* This ordinance will amend the following expenditures in the FY2025-2026 Annual CIP Budget and the 2026-2030 Capital Improvements Program by appropriating $1,531,159 from the Parkland/Median Fund balance and transferring it to the Parks Construction Fund for multiple Capital Improvement Projects:
o $37,500 of Parkland Dedication Old Zone 1 funds and $115,489 of Parkland Dedication New Zone 1 funds for the Erwin Park Improvements Project, PK9143.
o $700,000 of Parkland Dedication New Zone 2 funds for the Jim Ledbetter Park Project, PK2506.
o $678,170 from Parkland Dedication Old Zone 4 funds for the Wattley Park Project, PK1831.
