ITEM SUMMARY:
• This agenda item will present an update on the Towne Lake Park Master Plan, to include 3D renderings, as well as an update on the status of the new citywide trails plan.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
• The MCDC has provided funding for the design of Phase 1 of the Towne Lake Park Master Plan, which will include a dog park, play zone, and forest lights. This update will provide imagery related to the wholistic refresh of the park and the specific areas contemplated as part of Phase 1.
• The MCDC has provided funding for the development of a citywide trails plan and trail construction. This update will spotlight key findings and strategies related to enhancing and connecting our trails network across our community.
