ITEM SUMMARY:
• Staff is requesting City Council ratification of the option year with DART LGC and programmatic updates as already approved by MUTD Board at the 05/7/2024 board meeting.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
• DART LGC and City of McKinney’s ILA for transit services expires 12/31/2024. There are two one-year option terms available on this ILA.
