ITEM SUMMARY: The Resolution authorizes the City Manager to execute an agreement with Garver, LLC for the construction phase services at McKinney National Airport Project AI2452, Extend Runway 18 | Phase 1 - 500' North.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
* The general description of the project is described as the construction administration, resident project representative, materials testing services, settlement monitoring system, final site survey, and closeout services for the construction to Extend Runway 18 | Phase 1 - 500' North.
* Garver, LLC, currently serving as the City's engineer of record for McKinney National Airport, was selected through a formal Request for Qualifications (RFQ) selection process, and the scope of this project falls within the RFQ criteria.
* The proposed scope of work will include project administration, surveying services, geotechnical services to extend Runway 18 | Phase 1 - 500' North.

FINANCIAL SUMMARY:
* The total construction administration project costs are $1,941,000.
* Upon approval of this item and companion items, the remaining balance in AI2452 will be $3,748,706.41.
