ITEM SUMMARY: The applicant is requesting to rezone approximately 1.9 acres of land, generally to revise the space limits on approximately .33 acres in the northwest corner of the site, as well as modernize the existing zoning on the remainder of the subject property.

This item was previously heard at the July 11, 2023 Planning and Zoning Commission meeting. The Commission voted 6-0-0 to table the item indefinitely in order to allow the applicant to work with neighbors to address concerns regarding the development. After discussing the project with neighbors, the applicant revised the application to request the "R6" - Residential District and "R43" - Residential Estate District, as opposed to the "TH" - Townhome Residential District and "R6" - Residential District, which would have allowed single family attached...
