RECOMMENDED CITY COUNCIL ACTION:
• Receive information on the demolition request process in the Historic Overlay District
ITEM SUMMARY:
• Staff will be facilitating an annual series of trainings on city services, programs, and best practices related to Historic Preservation programs.
• Staff will offer training and/or retraining to board members on the use of the development tools available to the Board and the public. This month, staff will specifically address the demolition request process in the Historic Overlay District.
