ITEM SUMMARY:
* McKinney Community Development Corporation will conduct a public hearing on a project grant application submitted by Heritage Guild of Collin County in the amount of $148,500.00 for construction of new restroom facilities at Chestnut Square Heritage Village.
* Restrooms will be located on the north side of Chestnut Square, adjacent to the Taylor Inn, near existing drainage and sewer lines, minimizing ground disturbance.
* Design is historically compatible with Heritage Village and ADA compliant.
