ITEM SUMMARY:
• The Animal Services Manager will provide an update on department progress during 2025. This will include approval of a new Animal Services Technician position and current staffing levels. Additionally, the report will cover recent ordinance amendments including new provisions supporting Trap-Neuter-Release (TNR) programs to address community concerns about feral cat population.
