RECOMMENDED CITY COUNCIL ACTION:
* Approval of the Resolution.
ITEM SUMMARY:
* This Resolution authorizes the City Manager to execute a contract in the amount of $178,966, as well as all required supplemental agreements thereto, with Terracon Consultants, Inc. for geotechnical and materials testing services for the construction of the Gabe Nesbitt Park Softball Expansion Project (PK1806), for a total contract amount, inclusive of any supplemental agreements, not to exceed $200,000.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
* City Council approved a construction contract for the Gabe Nesbitt Park Softball Expansion Project on October 21, 2025.
* Materials testing services will be required on the project to ensure construction materials used by the contractor meet or exceed City requirements.
* Terracon Consultants submitted a response to 24-13RFQ for On-call Miscellaneous Geotechnical and Materials Testing Services. Terracon was one of six firms shortlisted ...
