* Approve the Resolution

* The Resolution advances City Council Goal 5.3: Develop sustainable quality-of-life improvements, by adopting a Sustainability Roadmap to guide the City's long-term efforts in efficient and responsible resource management.
* The Sustainability Roadmap establishes a strategic framework to align City operations, programs, and policies with City Council priorities related to resource efficiency, infrastructure protection, and environmental stewardship.
* The Roadmap emphasizes measurable outcomes, operational efficiencies, and voluntary behavior-change strategies supported through education, incentives, partnerships, and grant opportunities.
* The Roadmap serves as a guiding document and does not, by itself, authorize new expenditures, regulatory requirements, or staffing without future City Council approval.
