ITEM SUMMARY:
• This Resolution authorizes the City Manager to execute an Additional Services Agreement with Garver, LLC for On-Call Services at McKinney National Airport
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
• The proposed scope of work will consist of performing services such as preparing Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) documents, develop probable costs for infrastructure and development alternatives, conceptual development layouts, geotechnical services for projects, and other additional services requested in writing.
• Garver, LLC, currently serving as the City’s engineer of record for McKinney National Airport (24-45RFQ), was selected through a formal Request for Qualifications (RFQ) selection process, and the scope of the project falls within the RFQ criteria.
FINANCIAL SUMMARY:
• Total contract costs is a not to exceed amount increasing from $100,000 to $130,000
• Funding is currently appropriated in the McKinney National Airport operating budget (005-4120-503-8516).
