• This Resolution authorizes the formal rejection of all bids received under Solicitation 25-11CSP for HVAC Systems Replacement.

• The City issued Invitation to Bid 25-11CSP HVAC Systems Replacement to establish a contract for the City of McKinney on October 13, 2024.
o Advertised in the McKinney Courier Gazette and Celina Record
o Posted on McKinney TV
o 265 matching eBid supplier notifications which included twenty (20) Historically Underutilized Business (HUB) suppliers
• Out of 265 supplier notifications, three (3) bids were received from respondents.
• Due to the erroneous data discovered on the bid schedule document issued, Procurement Services will be rebidding the HVAC Systems Replacement for City of McKinney.
