APPROVAL PROCESS:  The recommendation of the Planning and Zoning Commission will be forwarded to the City Council for final action at the October 2, 2023 meeting.

 

STAFF RECOMMENDATION:  Staff recommends the public hearing be closed and the item tabled due to public noticing errors. Staff will re-notice the item prior to an upcoming hearing.

 

ITEM SUMMARY:  The applicant is requesting to rezone approximately 18.782 acres of land, generally for light industrial uses.
