RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Approve a Resolution Authorizing the City Manager to Approve and Execute an Amendment to the Professional Services Contract with Alliant Insurance Services, Inc., the City’s Designated Broker of Record, or one or more separate agreements presented by and through said Broker of Record, for the Purchase of Certain Layered Excess or Surplus Insurance Coverages to Protect the City’s Interests for the Policy Period Beginning October 1, 2026.

This Resolution authorizes the City Manager to approve and execute an amendment to the Professional Services Contract with Alliant Insurances Services, Inc., the City’s designated Broker of Record, (“Alliant”) or one or more separate agreements presented by and through Alliant, for the purchase of certain layered excess or surplus insurance coverages in a cumulative amount not to exceed $ 1,500,000 from the various Insurance Carriers that have been identified by Alliant and which have agreed to provide excess or surplus insurance coverage policies in amounts that exce...
