• This Resolution authorizes formal rejection of all proposals under Solicitation 24-23CSP Construction of McKinney Light Walk.

• The City issued a Request for Competitive Sealed Proposals (24-23CSP) for the Construction of McKinney Light Walk August 4, 2024.
o Advertised in the McKinney Courier Gazette and Celina Record
o Posted on McKinney TV
o 1087 matching eBid supplier notifications which included 49 Historically Underutilized Business (HUB) suppliers.
• Out of 1087 supplier notifications, one (1) proposal was received and opened by Procurement Services on August 22, 2024. The following is a summary of the proposal:
