                     This Resolution authorizes formal rejection of all proposals under Solicitation 24-23CSP Construction of McKinney Light Walk.

 

BACKGROUND INFORMATION:

                     The City issued a Request for Competitive Sealed Proposals (24-23CSP) for the Construction of McKinney Light Walk August 4, 2024.

o                     Advertised in the McKinney Courier Gazette and Celina Record

o                     Posted on McKinney TV

o                     1087 matching eBid supplier notifications which included 49 Historically Underutilized Business (HUB) suppliers.

                     Out of 1087 supplier notifications, one (1) proposal was received and opened by Procurement Services on August 22, 2024. The following is a summary of the proposal:
