APPROVAL PROCESS: The recommendation of the Planning and Zoning Commission will be forwarded to the City Council for consideration at the May 20, 2025 meeting.

STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends approval of the proposed amendments.

ITEM SUMMARY: The purpose of these amendments is to update Appendix 2B (McKinney Town Center MTC) to include specific criteria for several uses and to make corrections and other minor updates. The proposed amendments include:

* Nonsubstantive editorial changes including typos, reference updates, and clarifications to various sections of Appendix 2B; and

* Substantive changes to use regulations, and development standards to Appendix 2B.
