ITEM SUMMARY:
• Staff is requesting ratification from the MUTD Board on the Collin County Transit Program’s FY24 budget. The FY24 budget is $2.32M.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
• The CCT program has seen remarkable growth in number of trips completed and number of active monthly users.
FINANCIAL SUMMARY:
• Operations budget is estimated at $2.32M assuming no program growth. If a 3% rate of growth is projected, FY24 operations budget is estimated at $2.55M. If a 10% rate of growth is projected, FY24 operations budget is estimated at $5.45M.
