RECOMMENDED CITY COUNCIL ACTION:
* Approval of the Resolution.
ITEM SUMMARY:
* This Resolution authorizes the City Manager to execute a contract for CMAR services with Byrne Construction Services to provide complete preconstruction services related to McKinney Performing Arts Center Renovation Project (Project No. FC2504).
* The selected firm, Byrne Construction Services, submitted a proposal to provide preconstruction services for an amount not to exceed $ 15,000 along with a proposed construction services fee of 2.75% of the cost of construction, for the McKinney Performing Arts Center Renovation Project.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
* The City issued a request for qualifications (25-54CMAR) to solicit responses from qualified firms for construction of the Renovation Construction of the McKinney Performing Arts Center on June 13, 2025.

o Posted on McKinney TV
o 1,341 matching eBid Supplier Notifications which included 67 HUB supplier notifications
* Out of 1,341 supplier notifications, ten (10) statements of qualifications (SOQs) were received on July 3, 2025.
