Jones Middle School and Rock Hill High School are located within the City of Frisco on the west side of Coit Road adjacent to one another. The reduced speed school zone along Coit Road will encompass both middle school and high school times. City Limit between McKinney and Frisco is the centerline of Coit Road, this Ordinance will only apply to the northbound lanes of Coit Road. The reduced speed school zone and times for the southbound lanes of Coit Road will be modified by the City of Frisco.

The City of Frisco will modify the school zone signage along Coit Road for Rock Hill High School and Jones Middle School for both directions of travel.
