• The City Council has expressed a desire to enhance economic development opportunities through the recognition of certain areas in City as "corporate centers".
• Craig Ranch Corporate Centre has those attributes which are typical of such areas."
• The MEDC solicited a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for a corporate office park master developer in February 2010.
• Craig Ranch Corporate Centre submitted a response thereto and was recognized by the MEDC in January 2011 as the “Qualified Respondent” to the RFQ.
