STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends that this item be tabled and the public hearing continued to the July 22, 2025 Planning and Zoning Commission Meeting due to a notification error.

ITEM SUMMARY: The applicant is requesting to rezone approximately 3.373 acres of land, generally for self storage and commercial uses.
