• Discuss ongoing downtown development initiatives, including at-grade improvements associated with the Highway 5 reconstruction project, tenant recruitment efforts and renovations at 101 N. McDonald Street, and the potential development of Water Tower Park as a new public gathering space at the base of the historic water tower.

• Reviewing options to mitigate the community barrier created by State Highway 5 by implementing enhanced at-grade pedestrian connectivity and intersection safety improvements at Virginia Street and Louisiana Street.
