ITEM SUMMARY:
• Chief Dow and staff will provide a brief presentation to the City Council on our efforts to improve cardiac arrest survivability in the City of McKinney.
• MFD and BEST EMS have a goal to fill an entire airplane with cardiac arrest survivors over the next ten years. We have already had three cardiac arrest survivors sign the board.
• After our presentation, another cardiac arrest survivor, Ms. Kirby will be in the attendance as the fourth person to sign the board.
