STAFF RECOMMENDATION:  Staff recommends approval of the proposed Preliminary Plat with the following conditions:

 

1.                     The applicant satisfy the conditions as shown on the Standard Conditions for Preliminary Plat Approval Checklist, attached.

 

ITEM SUMMARY: The applicant is proposing to subdivide approximately 4.32 acres into 34 single-family, attached residential lots (townhomes) and 5 common areas.

 

APPROVAL PROCESS: City Council is the final approval authority for the proposed Preliminary Plat. The Preliminary Plat was previously disapproved by Planning & Zoning Commission on March 28, 2023.

 

OPPOSITION TO OR SUPPORT OF REQUEST:  Staff has not received any comments either in opposition to or in support of the proposed Preliminary Plat.
