ITEM SUMMARY:
* McKinney Community Development Corporation will conduct a public hearing on a grant request in an amount of $27,458.92 for installation of drainage and replacement of concrete with turf for the Outdoor Wedding Venue at The Cotton Mill.
* Drainage issues have caused damage to the original concrete foundation.
* In order to install drainage that is needed, grinding current concrete areas would be required.
* When drainage is improved, turf will be installed.

* The Cotton Mill is a unique, historic facility offering loft office space, event hall and a perfect backdrop for photography shoots.
