RECOMMENDED ACTION:
• Recommend that City Council approve a resolution for design.
ITEM SUMMARY:
• This agenda item will authorize a professional services contract with TBG to provide design and construction administration services for improvements to Gabe Nesbitt in a contract amount of $125,295 and not to exceed $135,000.
• The proposed project will provide connectivity and include amenities such as:
o New parking lot
o Trail connection to the parking lot
o New pavilion that will serve the newly constructed practice field
o ADA improvements
o Wayfinding signage throughout Gabe Nesbitt
• This proposed parking lot will provide much needed parking that is shown in the master plan for Gabe Nesbitt.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
• TBG was selected from a list of pre-qualified landscape architectural firms. (25-27RFQ)
FINANCIAL SUMMARY:
• This project (PK1806) is a FY25-26 Capital Improvements Program project funded by parkland dedication, and bond monies.
