ITEM SUMMARY:
* This Resolution authorizes the City Manager to execute a contract and all necessary change orders with Acadia Services, LLC, for the Construction of the Rutherford East, Rutherford West, Sloan Creek, and Creek Hollow improvements and the Erwin Farms and Virginia Hill Lift Station Abandonments (CIP Projects WW2431, WW2432, WW2433, WW2434, WW2435 and WW2436) for a total contract amount not to exceed $7,946,000.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
* City of McKinney has identified 2 lift stations needing to be abandoned and 4 lift stations needing improvements. The names of the lift stations, project number and locations are as follows:
o Lift Station to be Improved - Rutherford East Lift Station (CIP Project WW2431): 9311 W University Dr, McKinney, TX 75071
o Lift Station to be Improved - Rutherford West Lift Station (CIP Project WW2432): 10365 W University Dr, McKinney, TX 75071
o Lift Station to be Abandoned - Virginia Hills (CIP Project WW2433): 1397 Monticello Drive, McKinney TX 75071
o Lift Station to be Improved - Creek Hollow (CIP Project WW2434): 2405 Avalon Creek Way
o Lift Station to be Abandoned - Erwin Farms (CIP Project WW2435): 3031 Erwin Farms Blvd, McKinney TX 75071
