ITEM SUMMARY:
• Collin County Transit has seen rapid growth in both monthly ridership and number of active users. As a result, the program expenses have quickly outpaced the budget. To get a handle on those expenses and ensure the long-term sustainability and success of the program, staff recommends Board approval of all implementation action items.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
• In the last five months, the CCT program has already completed more than 80% of trips than was estimated to complete for the calendar year.
