• The City of McKinney is seeking to adopt the code for the 2024 International Property Maintenance Codes, as well as a few local amendments, with the adoption of these codes. The City of McKinney Code Services Department has held a public meeting to educate the public about upcoming changes through a review of the significant changes; documents posted on the City’s website. The target effective date of the new codes is October 1, 2026.
