RECOMMENDED CITY COUNCIL ACTION:
* Approval of the Resolution.
ITEM SUMMARY:
* The selected consultant team, Terracon Consultants, Inc. submitted a proposal to provide additional Construction Materials Observation, Engineering and Testing services for the McKinney National Airport Commercial Terminal Project in the amount of Sixty-four Thousand, Nine Hundred Seventy-Three and No/100 Dollars, ($64,973.00).
* This Resolution authorizes the City Manager to execute a change order to the professional services agreement with Terracon Consultants, Inc. to provide additional Construction Materials Observation, Engineering and Testing services related to the McKinney National Airport Commercial Terminal (MNACT) Project.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
* The City of McKinney issued a request for qualifications (RFQ) for miscellaneous geotechnical and materials testing services (21-18RFQ). Of the twenty-four (24) firms that submitted a statement of qualifications, Terracon was one of the five (5) firms which were determined to be the most qualified in the selection.
