RECOMMENDED BOARD ACTION:
• Staff recommends approval of the proposed resolution to revise the Administration Policy and Guidelines for Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone No. 1.

• This item is to consider amendments to the Administration Policy and Guidelines for Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone No. 1.
• The proposed amendments are intended to provide clarity.
• Proposed changes to the Administration Policy and Guidelines include:
o Removing the basis of staff recommendations on an established internal evaluation criteria
o Addition of a chart to quickly reference project or expenditure types, required matches, and funding caps.
FINANCIAL SUMMARY:
• The proposed amendments to the Administration Policy and Guidelines would not increase or decrease any funding guidelines.
