• This resolution authorizes the formal rejection of all bids under Solicitation 23-22CC Traffic Signal and Miscellaneous Traffic Construction.

• The City issued an Invitation to Bid (23-22CC) for the Construction of the Traffic Signal and Miscellaneous Traffic Construction.
o Advertised in the McKinney Courier Gazette and Celina Record
o Posted on McKinney TV
o 227 matching eBid Supplier Notifications which included 18 Historically Underutilized Business (HUB) suppliers.
