RECOMMENDED CITY COUNCIL ACTION:
* Approval of the Resolution.
ITEM SUMMARY:
* The selected consultant, Matador Engineering Inc. has submitted a proposal to provide building systems commissions services (Cx) for the McKinney National Airport Eastside Infrastructure Project in the amount of Sixty Thousand, Seven Hundred Fifty and No/100 Dollars, ($60,700.00).
* This Resolution authorizes the City Manager to execute a professional services agreement with Matador Engineering Inc to provide building systems commissions services (Cx) related to the McKinney National Airport Eastside Infrastructure Project for a not to exceed (NTE) amount of Sixty Thousand, Seven Hundred Fifty and No/100 Dollars, ($66,750.00) which includes an owner's contingency of Six Thousand and No/100 Dollars, ($6,000.00).

* Matador's engineers have over 25 years of experience specializing in building systems commissioning (Cx). The City of McKinney has utilized the services of Matador on multiple successful projects, and they are currently working with the city on several new and upcoming projects.
