RECOMMENDED ACTION:                     

•                     Staff recommends the Board receive and file the presentation on the Housing Finance Corporation’s roles and responsibilities, Housing Bonds and Partnership 101

 

ITEM SUMMARY: 

•                     Claire Lastrapes, Hilltop Securities, Inc and Rachel Jensen, Chapman and Cutler LLP will provide a presentation highlighting the roles and responsibilities of the Housing Finance Corporation, Housing Bonds and Partnership 101.

 

BACKGROUND INFORMATION: 

•                     The City Council duly created and organized the McKinney Housing Finance Corporation (“MHFC”) pursuant to and in accordance with the provisions of the Texas Housing Finance Corporations Act, Texas Local Government Code, Chapter 394.
