ITEM SUMMARY:
• This resolution authorizes the City Manager to enter into a contract with Graham Pest Control, Inc. for pest and mosquito control services. The estimated annual contract amount is $20,727.00, with a not-to-exceed amount of $40,000.

• The City issued Invitation to Bid 26-72ITB for Pest & Mosquito Control Services on July 16, 2026.

• Four (4) bids were received on August 20, 2026, following notification to 462 matching suppliers through Bonfire.
• Graham Pest Control, Inc. is the City’s current provider for pest and mosquito control services. The current contract expires September 28, 2026. The new contract will commence October 1, 2026, for an initial term of one (1) year, with the option to renew for up to three (3) additional one-year terms.
• The proposed contract will include 78 locations.
FINANCIAL SUMMARY:
• An estimated annual contract amount of $20,727.00, with a not-to-exceed amount of $40,000. FY26 expenditures for pest and mosquito control services are approximately $22,400.00, including Facilities and Airport funds. The FY27 Facilities budget includes $24,798.00 for these services.
