* This Resolution authorizes the City Manager to execute a contract and all necessary change orders with Central North Construction for the Construction of Intersection of Virigina Parkway at US-75 project for a total contract amount not to exceed $450,000.
* This is part of project PK2112, Intersection of Virigina Parkway at US-75.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
* Halff Associates, Inc. prepared the construction plans for the Intersection of Virigina Parkway at US-75.
* The City issued an Invitation to Bid (24-43CC) to solicit responses from qualified contractors for the Construction of Intersection of Virigina Parkway at US-75 on June 25, 2024.
