• Staff and Fishbeck, the City’s design consultant, will make a presentation related to schematic design concepts for the Downtown Parking Structure Project and funding.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
• On March 3, 2026, Resolution 2026-03-022R was approved by City Council authorizing Fishbeck to provide a Phase I Schematic Design for the McKinney Downtown Parking Structure.
