ITEM SUMMARY:
* This Resolution authorizes the award of a fixed priced contract with Sonic Richardson F, LLC dba North Central Ford of Richardson, Texas for Ford Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Parts and Service.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
* The purpose of this contract is to provide Fleet Maintenance with the ability to utilize contractual services to obtain Ford OEM Parts and Service under a fixed price contract on an as needed basis.
* The City issued Invitation to Bid 24-11FP, Ford OEM Parts and Service on November 26, 2023.

o Posted on McKinney TV
o 219 matching eBid supplier notifications which included four (4) Historically Underutilized Business (HUB) suppliers
* In response to all notices published, two (2) bids were received on December 14, 2023:
o Sam Pack's Five Star Ford of Farmers Branch, Texas
o Sonic Richardson F, LLC dba North Central Ford of Richardson, Texas
* Procurement Services reviewed and ranked the bids based on the following criteria:
o 75 Points - Purchase Price
