• This item is to provide an informational update highlighting the development of McKinney’s data program, including completed initiatives and a look forward to data becoming more visible across the organization.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION:
• Over the past year, Staff has laid the groundwork to bring together the City’s 185+ enterprise software systems and data sources into a secure, organized environment, that not only improves data access today but enables responsible use of AI and emerging technologies tomorrow.
